Can I return the items I purchased?
Any standard product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please pack the return shipment carefully; every return package is opened in the presence of the courier and under video surveillance.
Returns of furniture with marble are accepted only on a pallet.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Can I file a complaint about a purchased item?
In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to file a complaint regarding the goods you purchased.
1. Download the return form, print it out, and fill it out.
2. Pack the returned product carefully; we are not liable for damage incurred during shipping. Packages are unpacked in front of cameras.
3. Send the package via courier to the following address:

4. Once we receive the package, you’ll get an email from us confirming receipt. Your claim will be processed within 30 calendar days.
5. In the event of a valid complaint, the store will repair the item, replace it with a new one, or issue a refund; refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the specified account number.
6. Complaints are processed in accordance with the Act of June 27, 2002, on Special Conditions of Consumer Sales and Amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).
7. The following are not subject to complaints:
- natural wear and tear of the product
- mechanical damage
- obvious defects visible upon receipt of the package but not reported immediately upon discovery
- discoloration resulting from improper use of the product
- water damage
- marble veining, veneer grain, or variations in color.
7. In the case of a valid complaint, the store will cover the round-trip shipping costs and reimburse the complainant an amount equal to the shipping costs specified at www.boeva.eu
If the complaint is rejected, the complainant is responsible for the shipping costs.
