Order
Where is Boeva furniture manufactured?
We manufacture reception desks and salon furniture in Poland, made to order. Our workshop is located in Stary Bojanów, in the Wielkopolska Province. We do everything ourselves on-site—that’s why we can offer competitive prices while ensuring the quality your salon depends on.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
It depends on the model. Some reception desks and furniture items are in stock—we ship them immediately after you place your order. Other models are made to order, and the lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the product and the extent of customization. The exact lead time is always listed on the product page, next to the price. We’re a small workshop, and every piece of furniture is crafted with attention to detail—so it’s worth the wait; the result will stay in your salon for years to come.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, standard orders can be canceled. For custom-made or personalized pieces (e.g., featuring a showroom logo, a custom color, or LED lighting), cancellation is not possible, as these items are produced individually to order and are not stock items.
I want to change the shipping address. What should I do?
Yes, you can change the delivery address. Please contact us by email at kontakt.boeva@gmail.com and provide the first and last name (or salon name) under which the order was placed, along with the new delivery address.
Where can I find the invoice?
A VAT invoice is generated automatically and sent to the email address associated with the order. If the invoice is to be issued to a business, simply provide the tax ID number when placing the order.

How does reception desk customization work?
Simply select a model and let us know what changes you’d like to make—for example, dimensions, panel color, LED lighting, salon logo, cable grommet, or drawer lock. Based on this information, we’ll prepare a custom quote.
How does the adjustment to the baseboard work?
The cabinet body or countertop is adjusted to accommodate the baseboard. This ensures the reception desk fits flush against the wall without any visible gaps—giving your showroom a clean, cohesive look.
Can I make changes to the product, such as combining two models into one?
Yes. Please send us an email with a description of the changes and the product name, and we’ll prepare a quote. You can also use our quote form. form

Can I exchange a product I purchased?
Yes, you can exchange a standard product within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin the process, please contact us by email at kontakt.boeva@gmail.com to arrange the details.

Yes, we accept payments in EUR—we fulfill orders for showrooms throughout the European Union. Bank transfer details:

How do I pay for a custom order?
For custom orders (e.g., custom-sized reception desks, with a logo, or in a custom color), a 40% deposit of the order value is required. The balance is due before shipment or upon delivery.
Can I order with cash on delivery?
Yes, for standard orders, cash on delivery is available.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes up to 24 hours from the time of shipment. For bulky or palletized shipments—which is how reception desks are most often shipped—delivery times may be longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to showrooms throughout the European Union. The exceptions are Switzerland and islands, including the Canary Islands and Majorca.
Which courier service do you use to ship your furniture?
Standard shipments are handled by DPD. Pallet shipments are delivered by DHL, and oversized items by the freight companies Raben or Hellmann.
How is your furniture packaged?
We pack reception desks and furniture very securely, using appropriate protective measures to minimize the risk of damage during transport. Customers often note the high level of protection for our shipments.
Can I order pre-assembled furniture?
Yes. Please send us a message—we’ll provide a quote for this service. This is a convenient solution if you want the reception desk to be set up in your living room and ready for use from day one.
Can I order furniture with delivery and setup?
Yes, that’s possible. Delivery and setup often involve additional wait time and an extra charge, so please contact us before placing your order.
